The central part of the lamp head is not solid but adopts a "hollowed-out" or "open-center" structure. This design aligns with the demands of modern operating rooms for higher cleanliness and operational efficiency.

- Optimisation of laminar airflow – This is the core value of the open-center design. To maintain a sterile environment, operating rooms use vertical laminar airflow supply systems. Traditional large-volume lamp heads obstruct the airflow, creating turbulence and increasing the risk of infection. The open-center design makes the lamp head "hollow," allowing clean air to pass through smoothly, reducing interference with the airflow and thus better maintaining the sterile environment in the surgical area.
- Reduction of visual obstruction – During deep cavity surgery, the surgeon's line of sight needs to be vertically from above. The solid central part of a conventional lamp head can easily block the view. The open-center design "gives way" at the centre, providing surgeons with a less obstructed viewing channel, which helps improve surgical precision and safety.
- Facilitation of internal cabling – The "hollow" portion of the lamp head also provides space for internal wiring. For example, some models reserve space for high‑definition camera cables within the lamp head and suspension arm, allowing for future upgrades to the camera system without having to replace the entire lamp head.

- adopts the multi-focusing design of reflective bowl, each reflective bowl contains three illuminants, the light source in the reflective bowl is properly convergent to the surgical area, plus the illuminant composed of German original Osram lamp beads, forming a good shadowless effect. And the stable surgical lighting system guarantees a lamp life of 10,000 hours.
This new made LED surgical lamp except its basic function like: Illumination, color temperature, spot size & spot depth, and endoscopic mode, by using advanced circuit board system and new made LCD board, it also increased new function for deep cabity surgery, superfacial surgery, R9 mode which could go into more accurate surgeries like cardiac and orthopedic. By adding its WIFI condition, control this machine with WIFI, Synchornous function, it could add wall mounted controller and camera monitor system into a modern operation theatre room.
